William was a late crawler, so when I took him on a playdate with a friend and her little girl, all he did was just lay there, looking at me all adorable and smiley...but he didn't move...at all!!! LOL!!! The doctor says his gross motor was always kinda delayed because he was so HUGE!!! Not fat, but just way taller and bigger boned than all the other babies. Now that he's walking, he truly towers over the other toddlers his age, so I can see that is indeed the case. And he's not delayed anymore! It's all evened out! So all my little worries were for nothing!!!
