The Beauty of a Gentle and Quiet Spirit

This is my new mantra for marital bliss, and it is soooooooooooooo hard as I am anything but "Gentle and Quiet"...so I made myself a sign that I can look at every day and meditate on!!! I have actually noticed some improvement!!!
