These photos are from the day William was born.  I couldn't believe how achingly beautiful it was to see my tiny newborn son sleeping in my husband's arms.  Pretty much one of the seven wonders of this world to me!  Thank you God!!!

Madly in Love

I am so madly in love with my little son...here we are reading a book together, one of the first times...he has such an awesome attention span, and loves to be read to.  One of our favorites are the Beatrix Potter books.

Lights on

This was a great day.  Skype date with my good friend in Montreal, Melanie, and her adorable half-French baby Chloe, then playtime with my little buddy, then Aurelien put up Christmas lights, and then we got to take a walk and enjoy how beautiful they were when all lit up that evening!  Not a bad day at all!!!

Happy 36th birthday to me!!!!!

These are pictures from my first art show, in September of 2012.  I was so exhausted from just having had a baby, and then finding out I had cancer, but I was also SO PROUD of myself!!!!  So this is my happy birthday to myself post!!!  Hoping this next year is a little less eventful, but every bit as wonderful, as last year!!!
